The charming summer holiday house is located in the authentic old town of Tar in Istria. The beach of the tourist resort Lanterna is available free of charge to guests registered in our house.
The pool has 28m2 and is 135-140 cm deep. The house spreads over two floors. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen and a spacious living area which leads directly to the pool and barbecue area. The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV, dining table and a small rustic corner to relax in the shade of an authentic stone house. The ground floor also has a guest toilet, and stairs lead to the first floor with two bedrooms and one shower / toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds.
Each room is air conditioned.
Guests have at their disposal Wifi and satellite TV.
The charcoal grill is located next to the house, as well as a covered area with garden furniture.
Parking for two cars is in a closed yard.
The yard is fenced!

Dear guests, you have chosen an object that promises you a pleasant stay and a family atmosphere.
ACCOMMODATION: Your host will provide you with the necessary assistance about accommodation, respecting the usual standards for renting the accommodation capacity in the home you have chosen. The host will provide you with an atmosphere of how is regulated by the law and ... established parameters for categorizing the selected object.
If the accommodation unit has a swimming pool: The responsible person comes once or twice a week. Filtering systems are pre-programmed and automatically run every day for several hours.
• Please, take a shower before using.
• Children under 12 years are allowed to use the pool only with the help and supervision of parents.
• Pets are not allowed to use the pool.
GARDENING: The garden requires regular maintenance and care, and some private homes have their own gardeners.
PARKING: Please use the parking space provided for your apartment, and contact your host for more information.
WATER HEATER: Please note that most facilities do not have central heating water. Most of the facilities have a water heater with a switch most often located at the entrance to the bathroom, which has to be switched on to allow the water to warm up.
TV: All channels are already programmed. Please do not change settings on the TV or the satellite receiver.
PETS: Pets are not allowed to enter the object without the permission of the host, the stay of domestic animals (dogs, cats, birds and others) can only be allowed by the hosts at a charge of the pre-offered price list.
• Your pet can not stay unattended or alone in the accommodation facility.
• Your pet can not use beds and inventory in the accommodation facility.
• Your pet has natural needs, so please remove them in the usual way.
USE IN A MANNER OF A GOOD HOST: To keep you and your friends happy, as well as those after you, please use the inventory and equipment with the care of a good host.
DEVICES: Do not put your devices (refrigerators, fans, cookers, heaters ...) into the accommodation facility for your safety and possible unbalance in our installations as well as inappropriate power consumption.
ABOUT INVENTORY AND EQUIPMENT: Please do not bring out any inventory or equipment (towels, sheets, blankets, sunshades) from the accommodation. Do not place tables and chairs from the living room on a terrace or garden and do not expose them to sun and rain.
• The air conditioner (if awailable) must be switched off if the windows or doors are open. It should also be turned off when you are not staying at the accommodation. In the case of inappropriate use, the host is entitled to reimbursement of expenses!
ABOUT WASTE DISPOSAL: At the time of use of the object you are obliged to maintain hygiene and cleanliness, and to dispose of household waste at a place specified in our local waste disposal regulations. Some facilities have cards to open chipped containers. The waste is handled separately, and plastic and paper waste can be disposed of in the foreseen containers, which are commonly shared and are located nearby and are appropriately marked with symbols.
ARRIVAL TIME: Upon arrival, please enter the object after 14.00. If possible, the host can also allow early entry into the facility, but only i fit is possible.
DEPARTURE TIME: The usual departure is by 10 am on the day of departure. Any longer stay is possible with the approval of the host and the on-site conditions offered. Please inform the host about the time of your departure for any additional charges and deposit refunds.

• Please leave the apartment clean before leaving, although the final cleaning is included in the price.
• The cooker, oven and microwave must be clean and switched off.
• Refrigerator. Please leave the refrigerator completely empty before leaving (do not leave residues of food and drink).
• Dishwasher. Please leave the washing machine empty and clean.
• Dishes must be washed.
• Garbage bags must be in the waste bin.
• All lights must be switched off.
• Furniture must be in place.
• All taps must be closed.
GOOD TIME IN THE FACILITY: Order and peace in the building as well as the immediate surroundings: hallways, terraces, courtyard, garden must be guaranteed from 22.00 to 08.00. Violations of order and peace (mess, noise, loud music) allows the owner to deny you accommodation, at your own risk, as if you have made that decision by yourself.
