Description

The heated pool is 8x4m plus a 2x2m jacuzzi. The pool is heated on cold days from 1.4. until 1.11. to a temperature of 24-26*C. There is an outdoor shower with heated and cold water.
Parking for 2-3 cars is located in a closed courtyard and is equipped with a charger for electric cars.
You can have fun with table tennis, 2 large and 2 smaller bicycles or look at the stars through a professional telescope.
The house is fully air-conditioned and with inverter heating.
3 x SatTV, one in the living room and one in each bedroom.
1 folding baby cot is available with prior notice.
One small pet is welcome with prior notice and a small fee.

The kitchen has direct access to a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, charcoal BBQ and a table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, hood, stove with 4 gas rings, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and mocca-maker for Italian coffee.
Living room, kitchen with dining room and one guest toilet with washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor.

The staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms each with a gallery and two ensuite bathrooms. One room is equipped with a 180x200 bed and an ensuite stylish bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. In the gallery there is a folding couch for one to two children and a stylish desk. The gallery has access to a small balcony with a panoramic view of the sea on the horizon.
The second room has a 180x200 bed on the gallery, and on the lower floor there is a folding armchair and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. There is a safe in the room.

At the entrance to the house there is an Istrian sterna, a rainwater cistern typical of local houses. On the fenced entrance terrace you can enjoy on the swing or on the garden furniture.
